Training & development begins when employee join our organization and continue throughout their tenure. Our security personnel are rigorously trained with respect to guarding, escorting, disaster management, defensive driving, unarmed combat, fire-fighting, first aid, maintenance of security related records and host of other disciplines.

Training Institute

Training & Development Institute for Security Management was started in 2005 by our Company at INDORE. A full-fledged Residential Training Academic with a capacity of training 150 Security Personnel at a time.

It is here that the selected candidates are rigorously trained for your day to day needs. A good initial training and regular up gradation of training is the secret of efficiency. Good training has been the corner stone for shaping our people. Our academic train guards, supervisors and even the security officers.

Our training is imparted by a core group of safety and security experts from the Army & Para Military Services. The training program range from the basic to the advanced customized training as per syllabus approved by “Private Security Agencies Central Rule 2006”. The training is for 100 hours of classroom instruction and 60 hours of field training spread over 20 working days and 10 days on the job training. On successful completion of training each trainee is awarded a certificate by our institute.

The quality of training imparted is ensured by strict analysis, regular evaluation and constant updating. Our exhaustive training covers entire spectrum of security issues related to various disciplines of security, intelligence, investigation, safety, fire prevention, weapon training, etiquette, mob control everything you might possible need. We are also capable to give training to as pre the requirement of our valuable clients.
